Cooling Water

Some of you might be new to this concept of ‘cooling water‘. It’s more than just a bottle of flavoured water formulated with deionised water and natural minerals of raw Gypsum Fibrosum and Calcium which supposedly help to dispel the heatiness in our body. In fact, cooling water by Three legs has often been used as a natural remedy in the past to help relieve symptoms (caused by body heatiness) such as a sore throat, headaches, acne, constipation and oral ulcers.

Three Legs Cooling Water

This Chinese New Year, in particular, is going to be another festive period of feasting where most of us will be indulging in pineapple tarts, cookies and other Chinese New Year Snacks. Instead of washing down the food with soft or packet drinks, why not reach out for a bottle of cooling water? Three Legs also produced flavoured cooling water that tasted refreshing, and it comes in three flavours: lychee, guava and lime. I’m in love with the lime-flavoured cooling water which is lightly sweetened up to make it taste pleasant. It’s a tasty and healthy beverage to serve your guests as well during Chinese New Year.

But how much of cooling water can you drink? Is there such thing as too much? The recommended intake is four bottles a day for adults and two bottles a day for children (3 to 12 years old). Too much of the good stuff isn’t great for your body anyway. The best option, of course, is to drink lots of water. But if you don’t like the taste of plain water, these flavoured cooling water is a great alternative.
