This Chinese New Year festive period is a time for gatherings and festive. It’s this time of the year where you catch up with relatives and friends which you’ve not met for almost a year! House gatherings are usually preferred since most of the Chinese Restaurants would be fully booked by now. CNY Festive Menu
Last week, I was at Swiss Butchery at Tanglin to try out some of their new CNY offerings. I would highly recommend their special braised pork ribs with naga chilli, traditional spicy chicken in gelatine and quiche with bak kwa. My favourite is nonetheless their quiche with bak kwa. It’s so delicious that I think they should offer it as one of their staple products.
Their menu also features hot pot delights (Chinese-style fondue), festive catch like oysters, Lou hei (Yu Sheng), homemade festive cookies, mandarin oranges and CNY gift packs.

The order period starts from 8th Jan 2018 to 26th Feb 2018. There will be no deliveries on 15th to 18th Feb 2018, and self-collection will subject to store operation timing.
They are open from 8 am to 8 pm except for 15th Feb 2018 when they close at 5 pm. They are closed on 16th Feb 2018.
