Traditional Metal Braces. |
As you can see, I’ve got several gaps in between my tooth and this is due to several reasons. Firstly, my jaw is big and thus has alot of space to accomodate the emergence of my wisdom tooth. But sadly, I only had one wisdom tooth. Not that wise after all… haha.Secondly, my tooth is terribly small. I reckon my teeth did not grow in length or height because it looks pretty much the same since I was 10, just like baby milk teeth!
I was kinda nervous throughout the whole process but I guess I was lucky because I don’t have to pull out any teeth! The whole treatment was painless though the pain started to set in 6 or 7 hours later when the teeth starts to shift!
I can’t wait for that day to come where I could take off my braces and show off my straight, well-aligned teeth. A dazzling smile with sparkling white teeth.According to the dentist, my jaw structure will also change slightly too. Will I look slightly different? More anticipation now.
This is my second appointment with my orthodontist, Dr. Koh, who’s very skilled in doing braces for her patients. I can’t believe the whole process actually took less than half an hour! Next week, she is going to attach the braces to my lower teeth.
Ciao, for now!
I guess I had to come up with a meal plan for people who wear braces.
Too old for braces? Never.
In fact, adults are more compliant to follow the dentist’s instructions to keep our teeth and braces clean.
