Super Hydrating Duo Lifting Masks (Pink box)
Pure White Radiance Duo Lifting Masks (Silver box)

When I was reading other mask reviews in other beauty blogs, I was pretty intrigued by this Super hydrating duo lifting mask that hugs around like face and provide a cheek lift like no other paper masks in the market. So when Watson’s having their clearance sale, selling 2 boxes of SexyLook Masks at a price of S$14.00, I quickl stashed them into my shopping bag. This is a deal that is not to be missed! If you do the math, each box costs $7 and since each box contains 5 masks, the mask costs only $1.40 each! It’s a pretty good deal considering the usual price for a mask is about $1.50 to $2.00.

Out of the range of masks, I choose:

Super Hydrating Duo Lifting Masks (Rosa Damascena and Berry)
Pure White Radiance Duo Lifting Masks (Peony and Crystal)

I choose them simply because…I love roses and peonies.

Whether it’s affordable or not, the effectiveness of the masks in hydrating and lifting the skin is of utmost importance to any woman who is wooing after youthfulness. Does the product live up to its name? Let’s take a look at it’s ingredients.

The essence trapped in the facial masks is food for the skin. The food that goes throught the pores of your skin should be studied thoroughly especially for those with senstive skin or allergic skin.

SO what is unique about this mask is that it’s 3D. This huge mask sheet has 4 hooks where you are suppose to loop through your ears in order to secure the mask and uplift up your facial muscles. This mask helps to keep your skin firm and tight during the facial mask treatment process. SexyLook is quite generous with the amount of hydrating essence. After removing the paper mask from the packet, I always find there is alot of essence left. I would use a few pieces of cotton wool to soaked up all the excess essence and slap them on my bare face after the facial mask treatment. You could also swipe the soaked cotton wool on other parts of your body like the neck or hands. The skin at these areas are more prone to dryness.

Overall, I find this mask very hydrating as it really plumps up the moisture level on my skin. As for other effects like whitening or brightening, I am still quite doubtful about any facial masks which could change the appearance of the skin in 30 minutes.

Is this mask comparable with masks of other well-known skincare brands?
I’ve yet to find out.
