Vegan Blueberry Avocado Soy Smoothie : The Ultra Creamy Smoothie

Here’s an update on my juice fast – I broke the fast after 2 days of drinking naturally squeezed juices. It’s certainly hard for me to skip all solid food so I decided that it’s not suitable for me to go on a juice fast. But instead, I will try to stick to a raw vegan diet as much as I can. Besides having fresh juice daily, I would occasionally whip up a banana shake or avocado smoothie.

Avocado smoothies or milkshakes are one of the most luxurious drinks around on earth. It’s creamy and rich but also pretty high in fat – at least, it’s a natural kind of healthy fat.

A low-fat version of avocado smoothie is to substitute milk with soymilk. In this recipe, I used unsweetened soymilk with fresh blueberries.

What you’ll need:

1 avocado
Half a cup of blueberries
half a cup of soymilk

Here I’m using my U-Like blender to whip up avocado into this smooth and creamy consistency. The whipped up avocado texture looks ultra creamier after blending.

I peppered the drink with a pinch of cinnamon for that added taste of spice.

Though the color of the smoothie doesn’t look that appetizing but I promise you won’t be disappointed with the blended fruit blueberry and creamy avocado taste.
