People suffering from work-related stress is on the rise and so is the number of massage and wellness centres here in Singapore. The best form of stress relief is not to indulge in a fruity cup of llao llao or chocolates but exercise or massage. But some people procrastinate when it comes to exercise as they lacked the energy to even walk themselves to the treadmill. So what are we left with? Massage!
This ultimate form of relaxation is beneficial to the overall body. It doesn’t just relax the muscles and help ease off tension in your body but it also improves blood circulation and lymphatic drainage too. I just enjoyed a 90 min pampering session of massage a week ago at Le Spa. I patronized their third outlet at Mohamed Sultan Road in River Valley area. It was looking all new and swanky.
The interior is pretty much the same at their other outlets except that the rooms here are a little more spacious.
I did a 90min Le Urban Fusion massage which had helped me to ease away the tensions build up in my neck, shoulders and back. They also offer other massages such as Balinese and Swedish massage.
There’s a dressing cabinet to store all your items away. I suggest that you put your handphone on silent phone to be fully immersed in this relaxation ritual. The massage was good and the pressure was just right.
Le Spa opens 24/7 and that means you can pop in at any time of the day. Their service is generally quite good and the massage therapist who attended to me was very polite.
At Le Spa, they also offer foot massages, therapeutic cupping, ear candling, guasha and spa scrubs. Whether it is just for pure relaxation or therapeutic purposes – they had it all covered.
I was welcomed by rows of congratulatory florals. I bet there are about over 30 floral stands!
The holiday season is here and it is time to give yourself a good spa treat! Or surprise your loved ones with a spa treat by booking an appointment for them.
