Stay fit. Eat clean. Tried it and done that.
It has definitely set off a spark in me when I first got to know about what conscious eating is all about. After having met so many other inspiring individuals whom I’ve exchanged conversations with, I’ve come to this realization that we shouldn’t just eat consciously but also live consciously, sparing a thought for the environment that we are living in.
One of my goals for this year is to discover what living eco-consciously is like. That does not mean that you have to compromise and wear shabbily because you can live in stylish and chic ways too.
One of the things I would love to explore is home gardening and it just so happened that there’s a gardening workshop by Super Farmers at Green is The New Black Pop-up event, happening this 28 May, Saturday at 10 am.
I am also going to attend the ‘Build Your Own [Living Jar]’ workshop by InOut.
If you would like to join me for these workshops, do sign up at Peatix here :
This event is open to the public for free and there are alot of other activities going on. There’s also a free talk on conscious fashion, business and living by leading Singapore experts and influencers. You can sign up for this free talk here.
See you there on 28 May, Glitzies!
