I was invited by The Entertainer App to do a short video and review of BBounce and so there I was trying out my first rebounding class on a mini trampoline. You get to enjoy a 1-for-1 deal here at Bbounce with Entertainer App too! That’s one of the reasons why we were here too. I paid $35 only for 2.
I was there last evening to try their hybrid rebounding which it incorporates mini trampolines with resistance bands, weights and strength training for a dynamic workout. It’s no different from circuit training.
Their new swanky studio is a Centrepoint on Level 6 and they have a changing room with showering facilities, lockers and hair dryers. Towels are provided.
Other than the mini trampolines, there’s alot of equipment like weights and mats which are available.
That night’s class was almost filled. Not too bad for a newly opened fitness studio! By the way, the founders of this studio are Joel Tan and Leslie Kwok who were former Singapore National swimmers.
The 1-hr Hybrid rebound class is quite cardio intensive and it really tests your stamina but at the same time, you get to work on your strength. It can get pretty challenging at some exercises so rebound classes aren’t just for the ladies. Even Sam finds it quite challenging too!
After a good workout, all energy were replenished with this Japanese Vegetable Curry Rice. Maybe we should have eaten like a sandwich instead because mine was very spicy.
I asked for Spicy Level 4.
