Our Buffet Date: The Art of Omi

This August and September, 10 at Claymore is featuring the Omi Wagyu Beef from Shiga prefecture in Japan. This beef is obtained from cattle which is raised and grain-fed in rich natural surroundings, producing intense marbling in the meat. The result is a tasting experience of texture that melts-in-the-mouth, accompanied by unique aroma and tenderness. Besides, we should be getting meats and other food produce from such sustainable sources. Cows should be fed with natural food sources and not with artificial hormones!
In addition to their buffet lines which includes their succulent seafood on ice and their award-winning, Peddler’s Famous Char Kuay Teow, each diner gets to choose their beef to be grilled or serve in shabu-shabu style. You can’t go wrong with shabu-shabu!
You have to try this Kerabu Fried Brown Rice at this buffet!
Penang Laksa is a must-try dish here at 10@Claymore. It’s one of my favourite dishes here.
Tuck in some fresh seafood before heading for the beef!
Atlantic Codfish
The most important yellow card to gives you access to their golden beef. However, you are only entitled to one set of shabu-shabu or grilled beef.

For all you beef-lovers out there, here’s the REAL treat.
