Hey Spider-Man fans!
Spider-Man is back with a new movie and to get into the swing of things,
NEX is bringing Spider-Man’s friendly neighbourhood close to you. From now until 9 July, NEX takes their shoppers on an immersive adventure with Spider-man before the Spider-Man: Homecoming movie hits out theatres in early July.
All the excitement takes place at Atrium, Level 1 where there are replicas from the movie set installed there for photo-taking opportunities. You can also let your kids realise their superhero dreams in the dress-up area where they can try on the Spider-Man costumes for a photo. There’s also a game zone where you can put your web-slinging skills. At the retail area, collectors of Spider-Man memorabilia can shop for merchandise from the latest movie.
Spider-Man will be making a special appearance at NEX from 23 to 26 June, at 1 and 3 pm, and shoppers can stand a chance to snap a picture with the elusive superhero!*
If you’re lucky, you might be able to catch a glimpse of Spider-Man somersaults through downtown “Queens, New York”.
*Limited to 50 passes per session. Each pass admits a family of four. Passes are available one hour before each session at Atrium, Level 1. Please bring your own camera.
NEX will also be having their lucky draw and redemption from now till 9 July.

Complete your Superheroic day with a Spider-Man inspired meal at Pizza Hut. Their new Epic Cheesy Lava Pizza is topped with crispy battered fried chicken, turkey bacon, pineapple, red capsicums, black pepper mayonnaise and cream cheese. The whole pizza is smothered with a web of creamy cheese sauce. Wouldn’t it be cool if Spider-Man could make beautiful cheese webs too?
The Epic Cheesy Lava Pizza comes in both regular (Dine-in S$25.90; Delivery/Takeaway S$27.50) and large (Dine-in S$30.50; Delivery/Takeaway S$32.50).
If you still have room in your stomach for desserts, try the Divine Apple Tart which is a Granny Smith apple tart which has a web of chocolatey goodness topped with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
At Pizza Hut dine-in restaurants, you can you also try out their special Chef’s creation – Steak and Cheese Pie which consists of premium quality chunky steak cubes baked with mushrooms, carrots, mash potato, white cream sauce and cheese. It comes with some salad.
