At ignoring their customers. Had connestion issues 1 month after another. They replied via email for perhaps the 1st 4 times. They then give you the silent treatment. If you ever have trouble w their network, don’t bother wasting your time trying to get in touch w them. They really literally just ignore you. Cheap is not only applicable to their plans, to their staff and customer service too. Wish them all the worst things in their lives
