As a first time user I had one of the most horrible experience.
I could see on the website that they are charging me for calls and messages, when I literally know nobody in this country and I dont call. I was overcharged at each step, I ported my number and through the information given they just charged me S$123
This is all a big sham and as an expat I dont even know how to resolve this

In reply to James. sorry to hear that. Did you try emailing them? I don't remember that they actually have a number to call them though. They only accept emails. You might also want to check what causes the surge in cost though. Is it via the data or apps?

Watch out for Vivifi. Debited from my credit card a sum 80 x higher than the monthly plan with any warning or justification. Refuse to call me. Refuse to acknowledge my feedback that no calls were made or received in that time so there must be a mistake. Refuse to refund or even discuss. I have been asking them to call me. don’t acknowledge that repeated request either. Very unresponsive. Worst customer service I have ever come across. The phone belongs to my 12 year old daughter who uses the phone for safety going to and from school on mrt. She did not need the phone in the hols and is very upset

In reply to Chew. I agree that, I never use data mu h maximum monthly 2 GB but it showing 8 GB. I don't understand why consuming so much without much usage.
