Individual hotpot experience at Chamoon Hot Pot
Over here at Chamoon, each diner gets an individual hot pot filled with a nourishing broth. They offer quality hotpot ingredients like premium mushrooms, seafood, meat, along with special cold dishes, snacks, and vegetables.
There are 6 broths to choose from:
- Truffle Based Matsutake Mushroom
- Beauty-Enhancing Papaya Tomato
- Singapore-exclusive Mala
- True Morel Mushrooms
- Bamboo Fungus
- Cordyceps Mushroom
We tried their popular Mala broth and Truffled-based Matsuke mushroom broth. Their Mala broth is quite unique because it is not only spicy but very flavourful. The Matsuke mushroom broth, on the other hand, is lighter in flavour but pleasant tasting. The mushroom broth was cooked using matsutake mushrooms supplemented with 15 other types of mushrooms and fungi.
Chamoon stands out with their bespoke dining experience. You’ll get the freshest meat and vegetables to enjoy with your broth. At the start of the meal, they would hand out aprons, hair ties and wipes for your spectacles. Their staff is attentive and well-mannered. It’s quite an experience to be dining here at Chamoon.
