There are now more reasons to dine at Pizza Hut. They have just introduced their latest line of handcrafted sourdough pizzas at reasonable prices. This is also part of their new dine-in experience.
Why sourdough pizzas?
They are made using a sourdough base which has been fermented for up to 48 hours. This results in a pizza base with a chewier and airier texture with a slightly crispy exterior. As a result of the longer fermentation, the crust has a subtle, authentic sourdough tang compared to regular pizza dough.
Sourdough fermentation also breaks down some of the gluten and sugars in the dough, which might make it easier to digest for some people compared to standard yeasted pizza dough.

With 6 new sourdough pizza flavours to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice. Their Truffle Shroom ‘N’ Chicken Bacon Sourdough Pizzas and Cheesy Spinach Sourdough Pizzas are available for both dine-in and delivery. The other four in-store exclusive options include Salmon & Wild Rocket, Truffle Mushroom Medley, Chicken Pesto Fresco, and Sunkissed Tomato Chicken.
Truffle Shroom ‘N’ Chicken Bacon Sourdough Pizza
Their signature pizza is topped with mushrooms, smoky chicken bacon, creamy truffle sauce and a decadent mix of mozzarella and shredded parmesan cheese on sourdough crust. This is our favourite out of the 6 sourdough pizza flavours.
Cheesy Spinach Sourdough Pizza
The Cheesy Spinach Sourdough Pizza is a delightful and flavorful option for those who crave a lighter, more vegetable-forward pizza with plenty of cheesy goodness. It comprises of Alfredo sauce, tender baby spinach, cream cheese cubes, mozzarella and shredded parmesan.
Truffle Mushroom Medley Sourdough Pizza
The Truffle Mushroom Medley Sourdough Pizza (non-meat option) is perfect for mushroom lovers and anyone looking for a rich, indulgent experience. It is made with truffle sauce, mozzarella cheese and a medley of button and shiitake mushrooms.
Sunkissed Tomato Chicken
The Sunkissed Tomato Chicken Pizza combines the tangy taste of sundried tomato sauce, sweet cherry tomatoes with the savoury richness of chicken, all beautifully balanced on a soft and chewy pizza crust. It is topped with a crown of fresh basil leaves that gives the pizza an extra oomph.
Chicken Pesto Fresco
The Chicken Pesto Fresco Pizza is a flavour-packed pizza that combines the richness of pesto with roasted chicken chunks, earthy button mushrooms and aromatic basil leaves. These ingredients sit nicely on a blanket of melted mozzarella.
Salmon & Wild Rocket
The Salmon & Wild Rocket Pizza combines the delicate richness of smoked salmon and the peppery bite of wild rocket leaves. It has a creamy Alfredo base topped with mozzarella, cream cheese cubes and smoked salmon with dill. It comes with a slice of lemon which will add a tang to the pizza itself.
New Dine-In Menu
In addition to the Sourdough Pizzas, Pizza Hut has also introduced a brand new dine-in menu. Highlights include the Green Pesto Chicken Pasta, Creamy Mac ‘N’ Cheese with Chicken Bacon, Hearty Sunkissed Tomato Baked Rice, the satisfying Crispy Hut’s Platter and more.
These dishes can be complemented with new shaken and stirred drinks like the refreshing Berry Blaster Fizz and Strawberry Lychee Iced Tea.
