Soft Spot is a soft-serve açai concept that originated in Bangkok, Thailand. The brand offers pure açaí soft-serve and biscoff greek yogurt soft-serve.
Since May 2024, Soft Spot has made waves in Thailand with branches across Bangkok. It was the first brand to offer pure açaí in soft-serve form. The flagship store in Thonglor is a local favourite and has been featured in various food and lifestyle media outlets. After less than a year of operations, Soft Spot was awarded the Grab Thumbs Up Award 2025 for ‘Best Healthy Restaurant of the Year’. You can also find them at Central Park (Dusit), The Circle and Central Ladprao.

What’s on their menu?

Acai Softserve
Their healthy soft-serve is made from crafted from 100% pure Brazilian açaí berries containing 0% sugar, with no added fruits or preservatives. Most of the acai shops here in Singapore add fruits and other sweetners to make acai bowls but over here, their acai softserve is made with only one ingredient – Brazilian açaí berries. Because of that, it is also vegan-friendly.
Taste-wise? It has an icy sorbet-like texture which has a light acai berry taste. It does not taste as astringent as I thought it would be. You can think of it as a watered-down version of the acai sorbet with no added ingredients. I actually like this refreshing icy cold texture.
Biscoff Greek Yogurt
Their biscoff greek yogurt soft-serve uses yogurt imported from Italy. They added biscoff to the greek yogurt. I thought that it would be a creamy and dense frozen yoghurt but no. Similar to the Acai softserve, the texture is light and icy – almost like a slushie. It has a hint of biscoff flavour which is quite prominent but it does not overpower the taste of the yoghurt. Or should I say that the flavours are well-rounded and balanced?
Acai and Yogurt Swirl
If you can’t decide which to get, just go for their acai and yoghurt swirl. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Toppings

There’s an option of customising your own acai cup or bowl. Besides fruits like strawberries, blueberries and bananas, there are also toppings like grated coconut, butter sponge cake, pumpkin seeds, granola, biscuit crumbs, almond flakes and more.

You can also add nut butters to your acai bowl or cup. Most of the sauces and nut butters are homemade from the finest quality ingredients. Their popular nut butters include the pistachio butter sauce and peanut butter sauce.
Prices
I would say that the prices are pretty competitive in the market. But I would not say it is affordable too.

Baby (80 grams) – SGD 5.50 (with 1 regular add-on topping)
Small (110 grams) – SGD 7.90 (with 2 regular add-on toppings)
Medium (160 grams) – SGD 9.40 (with 2 regular add-on toppings)
Bowl (170 grams) – SGD 11.00 (with 3 regular add-on toppings)
Large Bowl (210 grams) – SGD 14.00 (with 3 regular add-on toppings)
Once you choose your size, you can choose a base – either acai, biscoff greek yoghurt or the acai and yoghurt swirl. The Acai and Yoghurt swirl is the most popular option in Bangkok. I tried it and personally prefer this combo. There’s something magical when you put acai together with biscoff and yoghurt. Because acai has a natural earhty dark chocolate note, it actually ties in quite well with the biscoff greek yoghurt.
Soft Spot Signatures

You can also go for their signatures which comes with their signature granola. The most popoular signatures is Softspot for Love. It has the right amount of fruits, seeds and pistachio nut butter drizzled over it. I enjoyed that combination too but it is so hard to decided what to get because the softserve base on their own is so good.
Softspot for Love

Softspot for Fruits

Turkish Dream
They will be launching new flavour combos every now and then. The next one would be this Turkish Dream but they did not mentioned when they would launch this.

It’s basically acai sofrserve with pistachio nut butter sauce, feuilletine crunch, whipped cream and burnt butter honey glazed kataifi. It is quite a treat but I would still prefer their classic Softspot for Love.
Our Verdict

This is a must-visit acai spot for any acai lovers in Singapore. If you want it healthy, just stick to their pure acai softserve with fruits. They are not just another acai spot trying to churn out acai bowls just to meet the market needs and demands. Their mission is to provide a spot for people to try low-calorie acai bowls without the sugars.
Opening promotion

To celebrate their opening, Soft Spot will offer special launch-only promotions like Gachapon Spin with prizes such as 15% off full price, a free topping, a discount on the next order, or a branded Soft Spot headband. There will be product giveaways too!
