EstheClinic's Award-winning Supra Facial Treatment: A 40-min Quick Anti-ageing Facial

My skin texture has improved from using the right skincare products. But when it comes to skin lifting and firming, it is impossible to just rely on skincare products alone. Besides massaging the skin to exercise the facial muscles, another way is to rely on technology slow down skin aging.

EstheClinic offers quite a range of anti-ageing facial treatments but I decided to try their Supra Facial as this treatment is non-invasive and has no downtime. More importantly, there’s hardly any discomfort felt during the treatment.

In fact, Supra Facial is EstheClinic Singapore’s award-winning, non-invasive facial. It is designed to deliver a comprehensive anti-ageing effect within 40 minutes. It combines 3 powerful aesthetic technologies (which offers lifting, firming and radiance) into a single treatment.

Before the treatment

Since it was my first time doing treatment at EstheClinic, I was given a form to fill up with all my personal details. After that, I was ushered to the consultation room. The therapist explained the treatment procedure in detail. Besides the Supra Facial treatment, there’s also a Supra Body Treatment which focuses on targetting fat reduction, cellulite smoothing and skin tightening.

The facial started off with a basic cleansing step. After cleansing, they brought out the machine and start the treatment. The whole treatment lasted for around 45 minutes to an hour. They first apply some hydrant onto the skin and use the probe from the machine to massage the face, focusing on areas like the neck, eyes and forehead.

There wasn’t any discomfort at all. In fact, the whole treatment was quite relaxing and I remembered dozing off during the treatment. There’s a slightly warm sensation following by a gentle vibration.

After the treatment, they applied moisturiser and sunscreen to my skin. Overall, the process was pretty straightforward.

The Supra Facial integrates the following technologies:

Radiofrequency (RF)
Vacuum Therapy
Electrostimulation (EMS)

The machine uses radiofrequency to gently heat the dermal layers to stimulate collagen production. It also help smoothen the fine lines and firm sagging skin. It also enhances circulation and lymphatic drainage via vacuum therapy. This supports natural skin detoxification.

The machine also made use of electro-stimulation to activate the tone the underlying facial muscle. This would result in a sculpted and lifted look.

My verdict

The overall treatment was quite simple and straightforward. It was overall very comfortable and pain-free. Immediately after the treatment, I noticed that my skin felt rather smooth and radiant. As for the lifting effect, it wasn’t so apparent after the first session. Such treatments do take a few sessions for you to witness results.

Would I be open to try that the same treatment again? Most definitely. This is perfect for those who prefer pain-free facial treatments with no downtime.
