This season, they have launched two new combo platters to cater to both meat and seafood lovers. So if you are not into beef or pork ribs, their new seafood combo platter could be a great alternative.
These new combo sharing platters are perfect sharing between two to 4 people. Morganfield’s current sharing platters are usually kind of huge and you will need at least four people to finish all the food on the platter.
But I find their new meat and seafood combo platters are presented in just about the right proportions. Each platter is meant to be shared between two to three people. It’s important to leave some room for desserts too.
Three Wise Men Meat Combo Platter
This combo platter features three different succulent meat prepared with three delectable BBQ sauces created using the 3 Wise Men of Whiskey: Johnnie Walker, Jim Beam and Jack Daniel’s. If you’re Dad or favourite man in your life is into Whiskey, they would be delighted to try this!
The Three wise men meat combo platter is a winning combination of slow-cooked BBQ Beef Brisket, flame-grilled Lamb Chops and Morganfield’s signature StickyBones BBQ Spareribs.
Thankfully, you wouldn’t get drunk by eating meat off the bones.
Seafood Combo Platter
If you are into white meat, you will truly enjoy this seafood platter which features Grilled Tiger Prawns, Half-Shelled Scallops, Grilled Salmon and Mussels Marinara.
