I also included some other ingredients into my shopping list as I wanted to make a vegan pizza using a burrito wrap.
I have to say that this haul is pretty good. I used up almost all the ingredients within 2 weeks.
If you something a little lighter, this naturally sweetened multigrain cluster cereal is not too bad. It’s crispy whole oat clusters has an interesting taste – almost like a rice puff but bigger and crunchier.

This is pretty good too as it is crunchy and has a nice mixed of cereal with crisp rice, almond, whole grain oats and cocoa. It has a more natural taste as compared to the other two granola/cereal products. The chocolate bits in the mixture is the star of this granola mix. It tasted just like chocolate chips.
Ingredients: Whole grain oats*, sugar*, whole grain wheat*, whole grain barley*, rice* semisweet chocolate chips* (sugar*, chocolate liquor*, cocoa butter*, dextrose*, soy lecithin*, vanilla*), sunflower oil*, tapioca syrup*, almonds*, molasses*, sea salt, malted barley extract*, soy lecithin*, vanilla flavor*. Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) added to retain freshness.
*Organic
Contains wheat, almond, soy; may contain milk and sesame ingredients.
It’s very expensive I must say! It costs me about 20 over bucks for a small jar of the vanilla powder but it is totally worth it.
This is the popular zero calorie noodles which are made only made from glucomannan (fiber). Glucomannan is a natural dietary fiber taken from the roots of the konjac plant or elephant yam.
Although it might have this fishy scent when you first open it, the scent is quite mild and it can be masked easily by other ingredients. I use it to cook stir-fried noodles and it tasted just like glass noodles.
The only drawback is the price of the noodles which don’t come as cheap. It is about $3 per pack which contains about 2 servings.
