Their festive selection includes Smoked Salmon Yu-Sheng, Treasure Abalone Pot and Dry-aged Barbecued Duck. You can also take home with you their festive goodies which include ONE°15 Marina’s traditional all-time favourite Organic Pineapple Rolls, limited-edition spicy Hei Bee Hiam Pineapple Tarts and the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Cookies. Lucky me, I’ve tried all three of their festive goodies and they were all too good.
These festive bites are packed in glass bottles with a golden lid, instead of the usual plastic tubs with red lids. As such, they look really presentable as gifts for your family, friends, colleagues and clients. My top pick among the three goodies would be their Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Cookies. I am pretty sure you can’t really get these cheese cookies anywhere else.
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Cookies
The Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Cookies are made out of Elle & vire butter, 24 months-aged parmigiano reggiano, eggs and sugar. The aged cheese gave the cookies that beautiful depth of cheese flavour which made these cookies truly delactable.
Hei Bee Hiam Pineapple Tarts
My next favourite would be theirlimited-edition spicy Hei Bee Hiam Pineapple Tarts. Who would have known that Hei Bee Hiam would go really well with pineapple paste. These dainty tarts are made with Bird’s eye chilli, dried shrimps, organic pineapple paste and Elle & vire butter. The flavours are well-balanced; not too spicy or overly sweet. The dried shrimp chilli is not too overpowering as well.
Organic Pineapple rolls
If you prefer the classic pineapple tarts, then you should try their all-time favourite Organic Pineapple rolls which are made with organic pineapple, Himalayan pink salt, Elle & vire butter and sugar. I love how they have coated each pineapple roll with some Himalayan pink salt flakes to balance out the sweetness of the pineapple paste.
