Our go-to local bakery, BreadTalk, has launched a festive Christmas collection of festive log cakes, pastries, doughnuts as well as DIY gingerbread cookies! Gifting one of these sweet treats one a great way to convey your thoughts and love to your loved ones this Christmas!
1. BreadTalk Christmas Log Cakes ($58.80 each)
Into the Woods is a classic chocolate log cake that has dark sweet cherries hidden in the fragrant vanilla white chocolate cream, between layers of chocolate chiffon cake and dark chocolate mousse. You just can’t go wrong with a classic chocolate cake!
If you prefer a cake with a nutty taste, you can go for the chocolate hazelnut log cake which is a smooth chocolate pudding encased within chocolate chiffon cake layered with chocolate hazelnut and vanilla white chocolate cream.
Letter to North Pole is the snow-white log cake that is draped with blue icing. It features a luscious orange chiffon, pink guava coulis, and mango passion mousse.
