Taste Orchard is a new five-level shopping mall along Orchard Road that is a one-stop shopping destination with both retail and delectable dining options. It offers a mix of groceries, food and beverage options, and restaurants.
Eccellente by HAO mart
This building was once occupied by OG Orchard but it is now revamped and transformed into this new shopping mall that houses a 3-level homegrown supermarket called Eccellente by HAO mart.
Live Seafood and Butchery & Deli Counters
This supermarket is not your usual supermarket as it has in-house Live Seafood and Butchery & Deli Counters on Level 1. The Live Seafood counter showcases a line of tanks where a large range of live catches like the prized Alaskan King Crab. Fresh seafood is delivered to the supermarket daily. The Butchery counter features dry-aging chillers storing various meat cuts such as the Tomahawk and Porterhouse that are all aged in-house. There is a variety of over 40 different fresh meat cuts available at any one time. The Deli counter, on the other hand, showcases an assortment of cheese and charcuterie.
‘FYI’ Live Kitchen
You can purchase live seafood or meat at the counter and send them to the ‘FYI’ Live Kitchen where the staff can cook it for you on the spot. The kitchen also offers a menu of delectable dishes from various homegrown culinary brands like Le Matin, Casa Vostra, and The Feather Blade.
Next to the dining area is the Wine Bar & Cellar which is run by the established wine restaurant chain, Wine Mansion.
Currently, Taste Orchard houses BHC Chicken, Yole, and Killiney on Level 1. Other food & beverage tenants include Kebuke Tea Co. (a bubble tea outlet from Taiwan), Warabimochi Kamakura, Sushiro, Chirashi King Kong, and Ikura will open soon at Taste Orchard. Other tenants include local optometrist Raylite Optical, tuition center ASE Learning, Chun K (a family-friendly karaoke chain from China) as well as an aesthetic medical clinic and nail salon.
