Untitled
Calling all bookworm adults, parents, children and teens, Popular Bookfest @ Singapore opens today!
As a kid, I love visiting POPULAR bookstore to purchase their latest stationeries and I was obsessed with glitter colour pens back then. Ever since I left school, I never really pop into a Popular bookstore till today. It’s like this mega Popular bookstore here at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre, Hall 401 – 405. There are not only things to purchase at discounted prices but also an array of fun learning activities catering to both young and old. There are book launches, book signing sessions, celebrity meet-and-greets as well as album launches.
In addition, there is also a Tibits carnival which is also held within the same compound. They’ve got an amazing selection of imported snakcs, organic treats and local favourite snacks. You might also want to try on luck by taking part in the Grand Draw where you could bring home $10,000 worth of gold!
As I was at the opening of the Bookfest @ Singapore, I get to be one of the first few shoppers there to check out what’s in store.

I brought home Johanna Basford’s Secret Garden Journal (20% off the original price) as well as some coloring pencils from Staedtler which costs me less than $4. These high-quality color pencils are made in Germany and the colours are gorgeous. There were also a variety of coloring books for adults sold there.  Coloring therapy seems like the in thing right now.
