Now that I know a lot more about superfoods and how plants could nourish and heal us, I start to move away from medicinal drugs and other health supplements. But this skin supplement caught my eyes because its’ use of young orchid stem cells which is the key ingredient in Avalon Stem Cell Beauty Drink. Other than the addition of marine collagen, the rest of the ingredients are not animal-derived. It also consists of a few plant-based ingredients such as Acerola Cherry and Litchi Seed Extract which I found it to be interesting so I decided to give this supplement a try.
I am not too concern whether it will produce stunning results for my skin or not but more importantly, I am more interested to know whether it is safe for consumption and whether it will boost my overall health.
As I am only given 10 bottles of the beauty drink to try, I couldn’t ascertain if my skin condition has really improved but I must say that the drink is really tasty and enjoy drinking it just before bedtime. It is recommended that you drink one bottle per day for the first 7 consecutive days. The product mentions that you would be able to see results in just 7 days if you consume product religiously for a period of 7 days. However, a great skin supplement must also be paired with a healthy diet and sufficient sleep for the body to allow the ingredient to work its magic so you shouldn’t take the numbers too seriously. Rather, you should just feel how your body and skin changes during this period of time.

And even if this product didn’t revive my sunburn skin, I wouldn’t mind drinking it everyday just before going to bed as it is really appetizing.
