Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport have transformed into a Pokémon playground this festive season with PokéXciting!, a special celebration of Pokémon’s 30th anniversary happening from 3 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
From Pikachu dance shows and Pokémon character meet & greets to special parades, gaming experiences, exclusive merchandise and shopping rewards, there’s plenty for Pokémon fans to look forward to.
Pokégenic photo opportunities
There are also several photos spots across Changi Airport.
Over at Jewel, there are four themed series of “PokéXciting!” installations – Eevee Evolutions Zone, Snorlax Zone, Mewtwo Zone, and Pikachu Zone spread across Jewel’s Forest Valley, with more than 30 installations for visitors to capture precious memories of their “PokéXciting!” adventure.
Here’s everything you need to know about PokéXciting!
1. Catch the PokéXciting! Special Night Show
One of the main highlights is the PokéXciting! Special Night Show, a multi-sensory spectacle featuring Pikachu dancing to electrifying EDM beats accompanied by dazzling lights. This is a 30-minute show with loud music and lighting effects.
The special show takes place on 7 and 8 November 2026, with two sessions daily.
- Dates: 7 & 8 November 2026
- Timings: 4.30pm and 7.30pm
- Location: Terminal 3, Level 2, in front of Departure Immigration
- Admission: Free
Registration is required onsite before entry. Capacity is limited and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Queues open 60 minutes before each session, with wristbands issued at the queue area.
From 9 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, the stage transforms into a winter wonderland with snow shows daily at 7.30pm and 8.30pm, plus an additional 9.30pm show from Fridays to Sunday

2. Meet & Greet Your Favourite Pokémon Characters
Get your cameras ready! Pokémon fans can look forward to meeting Pikachu and other beloved characters at Changi Airport and Jewel throughout the event.
On 7 and 8 November, meet Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. From 9 November till 20 December, meet Pikachu, Eevee, Gengar, Mimikyu, Piplup and Snorlax!

For the November and December dates listed above, the sessions are at 2pm, 3pm and 6.30pm. The 2pm and 3pm sessions take place at Terminal 3 Departure Hall, while the 6.30pm sessions are at T3B2 ST3PS.
Admission is free, with onsite registration required. Capacity is limited, and queues open 30 minutes before each session.

3. Watch the Pokémon Parade at Jewel and Changi Airport
Want to see more Pokémon characters together? Don’t miss the Pokémon Parade, where you can catch Pikachu, Eevee, Snorlax and Piplup.
For the first time in Asia, the highly anticipated parade featuring all 27 first partner Pokémon from the current nine generations of the video game series, together with two Pikachu, will take place at Jewel’s Forest Valley on 7 and 8 November 2026.

Onsite registration is required to enter the parade zone, and admission is subject to limited capacity on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also view the parade from Level 2 and above.

Additional parades featuring Pikachu, Eevee, Snorlax and Piplup will take place at transit departure areas.

4. Pikachu Dance Show and Light & Snow Show
Catch the Pikachu Dance Show – Pokémon Kids TV on 7 and 8 November 2026 at 1pm.
Two Pikachu characters and their dance instructors will lead audiences in a fun, energetic dance-along to familiar tunes.
Admission is free, but onsite registration is required. Capacity is limited, and queues open 30 minutes before each session. Wristbands will be issued at the queue area.
The Light and Snow Show will also be happening at Terminal 3, with the following timings shown below.
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30pm & 8.30pm
- Fridays to Sundays: 7.30pm, 8.30pm & 9.30pm
5. Try Pokémon Games at the T3 Pokémon Experience Lounge
At T3 Departure Hall’s Pokémon Experience Lounge, visitors can get hands-on with bite-sized demos of Pokémon video games, and Pokémon TCG tutorials. They can also battle with others using their own Nintendo Switch 2 or face off with other players in exciting TCG battles.
Gamers can head to the T3 Pokémon Experience Lounge, located at Terminal 3 Departure Hall near Check-in Row 11.

There are several gaming experiences to try:
Pokémon Pokopia Video Game Demo
Spend 20 minutes crafting, farming and befriending Pokémon while transforming the world of Pokopia. Participants receive a Pokémon Pokopia sticker sheet upon completion.
Pokémon Champions Video Game Demo
Train your team, sharpen your strategy and battle your way to glory in a 20-minute demo. In-game rewards are available upon completion.
Pokémon Trading Card Game Demo
New to the Pokémon TCG? Try a free 30-minute tutorial suitable for all levels. Participants receive a Fun Pack upon completion.
Selected Saturdays will also feature Pokémon Champions tournaments and Trading Card Game battles at 12pm, 3pm and 6pm.
The tournaments can last up to two hours, with prizes for winners and participation rewards. The TCG Battle Tournament is a 16-player elimination competition, while the Pokémon Champions tournament also has a capacity of 16 players.
Do check the competition requirements before signing up, as players need to bring their own equipment or cards depending on the tournament.
6. Shop Exclusive Pokémon 30th Anniversary Merchandise
If you’re a Pokémon collector, there are plenty of reasons to shop during PokéXciting!
From 3 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, shoppers can spend a minimum of S$60 in a single receipt at participating stores across Changi Airport terminals, Jewel or iShopChangi to purchase selected Pokémon 30th Anniversary premiums.

The cabin-sized luggage premium is not available for sale or collection at Jewel. The check-in luggage premium is available only at Terminal 3 Basement 2, public area beside Swensen’s, or through iShopChangi delivery.
There’s also a Jewel-exclusive Pokémon 30th Anniversary umbrella, priced at S$14.90, available with a qualifying S$60 Jewel receipt. Two designs are available. Mastercard spenders can receive two perks and purchase up to two umbrellas.

Pokémon Memory Game Challenge
Spend at least S$100 in a single receipt at participating stores to redeem a memory game challenge at a redemption booth.
High scores stand a chance to win prizes such as tenant vouchers, Pokémon medallions, Funko Pop collectibles and Pokémon trading card products. Every redemption also comes with a free Fun Pack containing three Pokémon collectible cards.
Personalisation Station
Head to Terminal 3 public area, Basement 2, near ST3PS.
Spend at least S$60 in a qualifying single receipt to purchase a Pokémon cap or Poké Ball bag for S$12.90. Top up S$9.90 for name embroidery.
Each bag or cap purchase comes with a free Fun Pack. Mastercard spenders can purchase one additional cap or bag.
Changi Rewards Gifts with Purchase
Accumulate S$600 in qualifying spend to redeem a free Pokémon premium via the Changi App, capped at four redemptions per member.
The rewards are released in stages:
- 7 November: PokéXciting! Pikachu and Pokémon specials, including a P30 T-shirt, P30 Ecobag and Pokémon TCG Funpack
- 17 November: Funko Bitty Pop! Pokémon 2026 Advent Calendar

8. Visit the Pokémon Pop-Up Stores and Mezastar Arcade Games
Looking to pick up more Pokémon goodies? There are Pokémon pop-up stores at several locations across Changi Airport.

The Terminal 3 Basement 2 food kiosk area and Terminal 2 Departure pop-up stores will continue operating until 28 February 2027.

9. Pokémon 30th Anniversary Giveaways at Jewel
For those heading to Jewel on the opening weekend, don’t miss the Pokémon 30th Anniversary giveaways.

10. Pokémon TCG Quiz Rally
Over at Jewel, a Pokémon TCG display spans the corridors from Basement 1 to Level 5, featuring enlarged displays of individual TCG cards. The displays will collectively showcase all 27 first partner Pokémon across nine generations, based on Pokémon’s 30th Anniversary cards. To add to the excitement, embark on a Pokémon TCG Quiz Rally, where you can explore the displays around the mall and answer the Quiz questions to redeem a limited-edition Pokémon 30th Anniversary Post Card at the Basement 1 redemption counter upon completion!
For ardent Pokémon GO fans embarking on their “PokéXciting!” adventure across Asia, the Singapore stamp for the “PokéXciting!” cross-regional GO Stamp Rally can be collected at Changi Airport. Simply spin the “PokéXciting!” PokéStop at T3 Departure Hall on your Pokémon GO app to collect a “PokéXciting! Pikachu” stamp you can only get in Singapore. You will also be awarded with an encounter with the special “PokéXciting! Pikachu” which features a local background when captured!
In addition, five PokéStops will be located across Changi Airport and Jewel from 7 November to 8 December 2026, where fans can spin the PokéStops via the Pokémon GO app to collect digital stamps. Fans are encouraged to download the Pokémon GO app in advance to join in the fun!
11. “PokéXciting! Pikachu” Bag Charm (blue)
In Singapore, a bag charm featuring Pikachu in a blue costume will be available only at Pokémon Center SINGAPORE on 7 and 8 November 2026. Quantities are limited, and the item is available while stocks last. For details, please refer to the official Pokémon Singapore Instagram account.
