If you’re hosting a party, a Christmas turkey would be that perfect main dish on your dining table. Capella’s take-home turkey returns with a new flavour, the Tandoori-style marinated Exquisite Turkey ($138+ per turkey for about four to six people). The turkey meat is flavourful, tender and moist. It has got to be one of the best turkeys we’ve ever tasted!

2. Capella’s Festive Open House

If you would like to taste of the festive goodies, you can drop by Capella’s Festive Open House to savour the traditional delights before placing your orders, and at the same time enjoy an early bird discount of 10% for purchases made on that day.

4.  Whimsical Brunch Experiences

To end the year with a bang, Capella will be organizing their annual festive brunch where the Grand Ballroom will be transformed into a Candy Wonderland.

In addition to a decadent spread of Christmas dishes curated by Culinary Director, Chef David Senia, there will be magic shows and gingerbread cookie decoration activities to entertain the little ones.
Christmas dishes include Foie Gras Custard with Gingerbread Crouton and Port Wine Reduction, Christmas Gammon Ham with Salad, Caramelised Walnut, Endive and Raspberry, Capella Christmas Roasted Turkey carved à la minute.
For desserts, you will be treated to a myriad of desserts like Christmas cookies and Panna Cotta at the dessert gallery.
