You could also get into the act of carving the Turkey for yourself. If you rather have it done by someone else, the chef is there to help it slice it nicely into eating portions.
It’s lovely just to spend time together eating and sharing good food over hearty conversations with your loved ones. I’ve tried all the delectable offerings and everything on the carve food is good. It really saves you the trouble of having to cook these dishes and then later to wash all the utensils and cutlery. Just eat and be merry!
If you prefer a casual festive buffet instead, you can also try out their festive lunch or dinner buffet at 10 at Claymore. They also serve up a special spread of Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Chutney, Honey baked ham, Herb crusted organic rack of lamb and succulent Blackmore Wagyu. All prepared by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his culinary team. And if you fancy some local Asian food, you must try their award-winning Char Kway Teow, Penang Laksa, and Bak Kut Teh. There’s just too much good food to enjoy all at one go!
