Eureka Skydeck 88
@Melbourne City
8 September 2011
Did you know?
1.Skydeck 88 is the highest public vantage point in the Southern Hemisphere.
2.The glass on Eureka’s top 10 levels is 24 carat gold plated.
I was reading the “Did you know?” section of the brochure handed out by our guide at the Eureka Skydeck 88.
Like any other developed cities, Melbourne has its own skytower where tourist can get a bird eye’s view of the city.
During the
day, you get to soak yourself in the warm sunshine as you stand on top
of the world, breathing in the crisp air as everyone else below are
rushing to work or grabbing coffee cups as they made their way to
Flinder’s station.

When
the night falls and temperature drops, you get to experience a slight
chill and a warm curdle from your loved one as the two of you enjoying
the view the city night skyline, building a romance as tall as the
skyscrapers you see.

I’m the Edge of Glory
And I am hanging on the moment of truth.
I’m the the edge with you.
The view from Empire state building was spectacular and was one of my most unforgettable moments in my life.
A city
night view from Singapore’s UOB Plaza,1-Altitude is also a
mouth-dropping experience where you can get a good view of Marina Bay
Sands.

But this is
nothing quite like the Edge where you stand in glass cubicle made of
4-inch thick glass. In the next minute, before you knew what happened,
the glass cubicle slides out of the building and you feel as if you are
suspending in air.

Make sure you purchase a travel insurance if you plan to visit Eureka and try out The Edge.
Open your eyes.
We’re at the edge of our glory.
Enjoy at 360 degrees of view
Where cars travels right underneath your speed.
Phobias for height?
This is one big dare for you.
Stamp on feet hard on the glass.
Stay still.
Don’t move.
Because there will be a camera to capture that magical moment.
We’re 88 storeys up.
Hold on tight.
Don’t forget to try The Edge Experience!
