Jade Signatures Mooncake Collection 2021
This collection features three new snow skin flavours: Raspberry Hokkaido Milk Snow Skin, Rose Green Tea with Pistachio Snow Skin and Osmanthus with Wolfberry Snow Skin. You can indulge in these exquisite mooncake flavours with less guilt as they are made with reduced sugar.
Last but not least, the collection also comprises of Jade’s classic mooncake, White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk Snow Skin.
It would be such a treat to enjoy these four exquisite mooncake flavours which are packed neatly in an elegant gift box, adorned with graceful imagery of blossoms and the majestic peacock.
The Fullerton Baked Classics
If you are not a fan of snow skin mooncake, then you should go for their Baked Classics. It includes their two new creations: Rose Coconut and Oolong Tea with Dried Cranberries. Both will come along with the traditional mooncake flavours, White Lotus Seed Paste with Single or Double Yolk. There are low-sugar options for these essential classics.

This is a limited-edition signature set which contains a giant baked mooncake at its heart. I don’t think I’ve seen such a huge mooncake before. This will definitely wow your guests if you’re having a family gathering during this Mid-Autumn Festival.
The gains baked mooncake is filled with white lotus seed paste and eight yolks – symbolising the full moon on the 15th day of the eight lunar month.
Encircling this centrepiece is 14 smaller baked mooncakes – each in a different flavour such as black sesame, almond, jasmine, orange and red lotus seed paste.

This Mooncake Tingkat contains four baked mooncakes of unique creations, combining the nutty, savoury and fruity elements together to create a delightful treat for all. The four mooncakes are: Baked Mixed Nuts with Satay sauce, Baked Salted Lotus with Hae Bee Hiam, Baked Assam Lotus with Mango and Baked Pandan Coconut with Chendol.
The specially designed tiffin carrier, adorned with lovely depictions of our national flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim orchid, makes a charming gift and collector’s item.
