    5 Things to do at Gardens By The Bay this coming June 2021

    With the current stricter measures, we can’t dine out but we can still explore various parts of Singapore with our masks on or stay at home to chill. This month of June, Gardens By The Bay invites you to stay home with them or make a trip down to tour their new exhibits and flower displays.

    1. Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom

    From 1 May to 1 August 2021, you can check out the blow glass sculptures and installations by American Artist Dale Chihuly. This is the artist’s first major garden exhibition in Asia where an extensive collection of his works are displayed.

    2. Check out the new floral display at the Flower Dome

    To complement the beautiful glass installations, the floral displays in Flower Dome has been changed to include a vibrant display of lilies, begonias, hydrangeas and snapdragons.

    If you prefer not to head out, you can at stay home to watch a variety of video tutorials on DIY gardening projects and botanical crafts, virtual tours of the Gardens and other educational videos for kids. You can even shop online at their eShop for plants, terrariums and gardening supplies.

    4. Once Upon A Time On The Orient Express

    Embark on a fascinating journey of the Orient Express at this pop-up attraction which features two original train carriages shipped from France to Singapore. Classified as National Treasures of France, these carriages are now parked at the West Lawn of Gardens By The Bay. There are also 300 heritage items such as uniforms, shields, a pullman car and Louis Vuitton original luggage on display. There’s also an Orient Express shop, Orient Express Road cafe as well as a restaurant where you can get to enjoy a meal prepared by a 3 Michelin Star French chef.
