Apple Cinnamon PB Oat Porridge Recipe

I’m always excited to get out of bed because I enjoy preparing a nutritious breakfast for myself before head to work. By 6 am, I will be up darting around in the kitchen, sourcing for ingredients to make breakfast and then sitting down by the armchair to eat breakfast leisurely. And that morning, I just feel like having some cinnamon and apples.

Apple Cinnamon PB Oat Porridge Recipe
Organic Baby Oats
Apples
Walnuts
Coconut Sugar
Pure Peanut Butter
Cinnamon

I like to soak the baby oats in hot water for about 3 to 5 minutes until cook. Since baby oats are instant oats, you don’t have to cook them over high heat. While I let the oats to soften, I would apples into thin slices. Once the oats are soft and nice, I layered the apple slices on top and add chopped walnuts, coconut sugar, cinnamon and peanut butter. This is pure bliss.

This would be so delectable if the apple slices are sweet and crisp.

Cinnamon is my antidote to sadness. It really is.
